Candi Soo’s exclusive fitness classes cater for all levels of fitness and with a variety of classes on offer, you’re sure to find one to get you moving! Every class is choreographed by Candi and even if you are a complete beginner, you will find the classes enjoyable. Bringing an eastern flavour into many of the routines, Candi's fitness classes are enjoyed by many different cultures and by both men and women.

Masala is an energetic, routine-based class which takes inspiration from Bollywood and bhangra Indian dance movements. This calorie-burning class incorporates large muscle groups and will get your heart pumping for some serious stamina building. Watch your energy levels soar!

Barbell Matrix is a fun but serious, full body resistance training workout using specialised barbells and other resistance equipment. With a combination of weight training, mat-work and cardio, you’ll tone-up, burn fat, build muscle and gain all round physical fitness. You set the intensity – the more weight you carry, the stronger you get! Classes are every Monday 6:30pm, Wednesday 6:30pm, Thursday 9:30am and Saturday 9:30am

Yogataal combines the basics of modern yoga practice with the atmosphere created of contemporary world music. Yogataal links together simple yoga stances to produce a dynamic and energetic routine with an emphasis is on improved flexibility and muscular endurance, while still imparting the benefits of traditional yoga – core strength, concentration and balance. Classes are every Monday 9:30am, Tuesday 6:30pm and Wednesday 9:30am

Gymstickin’ combines the use of specialised flexible resistance tools with motivating music to create this fun, highly effective exercise class. The focus is on technique to ensure core stability, balance, muscle tone and shape and aerobic conditioning. You want poise? You want grace? Gymstickin’ is for you.

Zumba is Columbian for "move fast and have fun". Its a fitness dance of latin flavour including strengthening and cardio to tone and sculp the body whilst burning fat.

Low impact aerobic workout that will make you sweat. It is extra easy on your knees and back. The fun way to lose inches from your body, this class is specially designed to tone and shape your lower body. NEW CLASSES STARTING MID 2018.
